<p>The goal is to stop having strategy live in scattered Google Docs, Slack threads, and one-off markdown files. Strategy decisions and their reasoning should live in version-controlled markdown alongside the org that's executing them.</p>
<p>This is intentionally <em>not</em> a place for capital, cash, costs, salaries, or financial models. That material has its own home. Keeping the two separate makes both more useful.</p>
<p>Docusaurus runs the navigation and search. The structure of <code>docs/</code> will be refactored as material arrives — categories earn folders, they don't get assigned them up front.</p>]]></content>
