The goal is to stop having strategy live in scattered Google Docs, Slack threads, and one-off markdown files. Strategy decisions and their reasoning should live in version-controlled markdown alongside the org that's executing them.

This is intentionally not a place for capital, cash, costs, salaries, or financial models. That material has its own home. Keeping the two separate makes both more useful.

Docusaurus runs the navigation and search. The structure of docs/ will be refactored as material arrives — categories earn folders, they don't get assigned them up front.
